1. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer and the right of withdrawal applies to your purchase, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
The withdrawal period normally begins on the day on which you, or a third party appointed by you other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods. You may also submit your withdrawal statement before delivery. It is sufficient to submit the statement before the withdrawal period expires.
2. How to submit your statement
You can submit your withdrawal statement:
- using the online form on this page;
- by email to iva@madaboutit.hr;
- by post to Mad About It d.o.o., Dugoselska ulica 10, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia;
- using the model form below by email or in print.
You are not required to use the prescribed form. Any unambiguous statement clearly expressing your decision to withdraw from the contract is sufficient.
3. Submit your withdrawal statement
The online form is available without signing in to a customer account. You do not need to provide a reason for withdrawing. If you are withdrawing from only part of an order, specify the gift boxes and quantities concerned.
We use the information entered in the form to process your withdrawal statement, send confirmation and keep the required records. More information is available in our Privacy Policy.
Timeliness is determined by the time at which you submit the form. Without delay, Adria Gifts sends confirmation to the email address provided, containing the submitted statement and the date and time of submission. You can save or print the email.
4. Entire order or part of an order
One order constitutes one contract and may include several gift boxes. You may withdraw from the entire contract or only from the part concerning one or more complete gift boxes.
Individual products within one conforming gift box cannot be returned separately merely because you have changed your mind. This does not restrict your rights if an individual product is damaged, incorrect, incomplete or not in conformity with the contract.
5. What happens after you submit the statement
After withdrawing, you must send the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after submitting your statement to:

Goods may be returned by post or courier. Personal delivery and unannounced visits are not available. When returning conforming goods because you have changed your mind, you bear the direct cost of return delivery.
